CI13LC Series

<p>The CI13LC series of chips integrates Chipintelli's proprietary&nbsp; BNPU V3.5 and CPU core. The system's clock frequency can reach up to 210MHz, with a built-in SRAM of up to 288KByte. It also integrates a PMU power management unit and an RC oscillator, as well as a single-channel high-performance low-power Audio Codec and multiple peripheral control interfaces such as UART, IIC, PWM, GPIO, etc. It supports speech recognition and speech noise reduction, providing the most cost-effective smart voice solution for products such as small appliances, lighting, toys, and more.</p>
